The fee-optimization playbook
1. One currency, end to end
Currency conversion is the largest silent fee in wallet betting. Set the wallet currency to match your bookmaker accounts — a EUR wallet feeding EUR books converts nothing. Mixed currencies leak on every deposit and withdrawal.
2. Fund by bank transfer
Card funding is instant but usually carries the highest deposit fee; bank transfers are typically the cheapest route in. Fund the wallet in planned batches by transfer instead of impulse card top-ups mid-session.
3. Volume through one wallet first
VIP status compounds: lower fees, higher limits, dedicated support. Splitting volume across two wallets keeps both mediocre. Route everything through your primary until it reaches tier — then diversify.
4. The closed loop
Deposit wallet → bookmaker, withdraw bookmaker → wallet. Money leaves to your bank only when it's leaving betting entirely. Every unnecessary exit-and-return cycle pays fees twice.
5. Keep the account warm
Inactivity fees quietly eat dormant balances. If you pause betting for a season, either empty the wallet or diarize one small transaction per period — check the current inactivity window in the fee schedule.
